Bill Frost started making cheese in 1993 on the family farm in the Free State. Now more than twenty years later Karin and Bill are still making their delicious cheeses but are now based in Hilton in the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
Cheese making is my passion and I truly strive to maintain a very high standard and excellent quality when producing my natural healthy cheese and yoghurt.
All Graceland Natural Dairy Products are made from raw, A-Grade milk produced by pasture fed cows. Only vegetarian rennet is used in the production of the cheeses and a 4-strain probiotic culture is added in the production of our natural yoghurt.
No preservatives, stabilizers or any other additives are added to the products. Only natural and bio-degradable cleaning agents are used at Graceland Cheesery.

The Shoppe is the latest addition to the family business where the full range of Graceland cheeses and yoghurts are sold directly to the public.
The Shoppe has an interesting and inexpensive selection of locally sourced gifts, jams and preserves for sale. The mindset behind the range of gifts in our Shoppe is to support locally based community projects. These community initiatives empower emerging entrepreneurs by providing an income for their families that is generated from the sale of the items they have made.
The jams and preserves for sale in The Shoppe are from pure fruit (locally sourced where possible) and locally sourced raw sugar. They are free of additives, flavourants and gelatine.
